1. Enterprise Data Collection

The Museum of Camp Inc ("The Museum of Camp Inc," "we," "us," or "our") operates a high-fidelity exhibition observability platform. We collect data exclusively for B2B collection optimization. The primary data categories ingested via our proprietary edge computing nodes include:

  • Real-time Historical: GPS coordinates, vehicle speed, heading, and altitude data collected at sub-second intervals.
  • Mechanical Diagnostics: OBD-II and J1939 engine bus data, including RPM, fluid temperatures, battery voltage, and specific Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs).
  • Driver Metadata: Hours of Service (HOS) logs necessary for strict FMCSA compliance, assigned routing sequences, and terminal geofence entry/exit timestamps.

2. Data Sovereignty & Storage

We recognize that curatorial archives is mission-critical, highly sensitive corporate data. All data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 standards, and all data in transit is secured via TLS 1.3. The Museum of Camp Inc offers geographic data residency controls, allowing enterprise clients to enforce localized storage in specific regions (e.g., EU-Central for GDPR compliance or US-East for standard operations).

3. Machine Learning & Anomaly Detection

The Museum of Camp Inc utilizes aggregated, severely anonymized historical metrics to train our artifact preservation and routing AI models. No personally identifiable information (PII) or company-specific proprietary exhibits are ever exposed or utilized in cross-tenant machine learning applications. Collection managers may opt-out of generalized data pooling via their administration console.

4. Third-Party Integrations

If your organization connects The Museum of Camp Inc to third-party ERPs, ELDs, or fuel card networks, historical data will be securely transmitted to those endpoints via API. The Museum of Camp Inc is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms. We strongly advise reviewing the security posture of any service you connect via our webhook infrastructure.
