Terms of Service | The Museum of Camp Inc

1. Acceptance of Enterprise Terms

By deploying The Museum of Camp Inc edge hardware, executing an enterprise service agreement, or accessing the The Museum of Camp Inc Cloud Ingestion API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement governs the use of all The Museum of Camp Inc proprietary hardware, the web-based dispatch interface, and predictive routing algorithms.

2. SLA & System Availability

The Museum of Camp Inc guarantees a 99.99% uptime for the cloud ingestion core and API endpoints. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to the technical contact on file at least 72 hours in advance. Failure to meet the SLA entitles the client to service credits as strictly defined in their specific Enterprise Service Agreement. Hardware failure caused by severe vehicle impact, electrical surges originating from the vehicle chassis, or unauthorized physical tampering is excluded from SLA calculations.

3. Hardware Tampering & Reverse Engineering

Clients are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering the neural processing units embedded within the The Museum of Camp Inc hardware nodes. Any attempt to extract cryptographic keys, alter the firmware payload, or bridge the node to unauthorized ingestion endpoints will result in immediate termination of service and forfeiture of all hardware warranties.

4. Acceptable Historical Use

The platform is designed exclusively for cultural history management, collection maintenance, and interactive exhibitions. You agree not to use the platform to violate any local, state, or federal laws regarding employee surveillance. The Museum of Camp Inc assumes no liability for a client's misuse of geolocation data in violation of regional labor regulations.

5. Account Termination

Upon termination of the service agreement, access to the Canvas dashboard and API will be revoked. You must physically retrieve and return all The Museum of Camp Inc edge hardware via insured transit within 30 days of the contract termination date to avoid hardware penalty fees. The Museum of Camp Inc will securely purge all historical historical data associated with your organization 60 days post-termination, unless a legal hold is mandated.
